Returns & Exchange Policy

Returns and exchanges are available within 14 days from the date the order was placed.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, meaning:

The item must be unworn and unopened.
The item must not have been sprayed with any type of perfume or fragrance.
The item must be returned with its original tag or hang card attached and in its original condition.

Items that do not meet these requirements will not be eligible for return or exchange.

سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع

يُسمح بالاستبدال أو الاسترجاع خلال 14 يومًا فقط من تاريخ إنشاء الطلب. يشترط لقبول الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع أن تكون القطعة في حالتها الأصلية، وذلك وفقًا للشروط التالية:

أن تكون القطعة غير مستخدمة وغير مفتوحة.
ألا يكون قد تم رش أي نوع من أنواع العطور أو الروائح عليها.
أن تكون القطعة مرفقة بـ التكت أو Hand Card الأصلي الخاص بها، وأن يكون في حالتها الأصلية.

لن يتم قبول أي استبدال أو استرجاع للقطع التي لا تستوفي هذه الشروط.
